* Yaşam koçluğu nedir ? 

Yaşam koçluğu , danışan ile ortaklık gerçekleştirerek ve danışanın düşüncelerini provoke etmek suretiyle , onun kişisel ve profesyonel potansiyelini en üst noktaya çıkartan bir süreçtir.

*Kimler yaşam koçuna gider?

 Yaşam koçlarına genelde hayatlarında "herhangi" bir konuyla ilgili sıkıntı yaşayanlar yada belli bir yol ayrımında olup bir türlü hangi yolu seçeceğine karar veremeyen insanların başvurduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Bu sorunlar eşle ilgili, ebeveynlerle ilgili, çocukla ilgili yada hayatın herhangi bir aşamasıyla ilgili olabilir.

*Yaşam koçu nasıl çalışılır? 

Yaşam koçluğu süreci genel anlamda seanslar ile yürütülen bir süreçtir. Danışanın kendini rahat hissedebileceği bir yerde seans yapılabilmekle birlikte , yaşam koçunun ofisi sessizlik ve danışanın dikkatinin dağılmaması açısından tercih sebebidir.

*Bir sürü kişisel gelişim kitabı okudum , neden size ihtiyacım olsun ki? 

İyi denilebilecek kişisel gelişim kitaplarının kişiye katkısının olduğu bir gerçektir. Kişi bunları okuyarak bilinç düzeyini arttırabilir ve çoğu zaman sorunlarını çözebilir ancak bazı durumlarda kişinin "kendinde görmek istemediği" şeyleri görmesi çözüme giden bir yol olabilir. Yaşam koçluğu seansında yaşam koçunun gösterdiği ve kişinin farkedeceği şey çoğu zaman o görmek istemedikleridir. Bunu yalnız başına yapmak çoğu zaman zordur.

*Benim çözemediğim bir sorunu siz nasıl çözeceksiniz? 

Bu; çoğu danışan tarafından sorulan bir sorudur aslında ve cevabı da çok basittir. Sorunu çözecek olan aslında yaşam koçu değil danışanın kendisidir. Yaşam koçu sadece danışanın bulmak istediği cevaba ulaşabilmesi için yol arkadaşlığı yapar.

*Size nasıl güveneceğim? 

Dünya üzerinde koçluk mesleğini düzenleyen iki tane büyük organizasyon vardır. Bunlardan biri ICF ( International Coachin Federation ) Uluslararası Koçluk Federasyonu ve diğeri IAC ( International Association of Coaching ) Uluslararası Koçluk Derneği 'dir. Bu iki kurumunda birbiriyle benzeşen etik kuralları vardır ve bu kurumlardan sertifikalandırılan yaşam koçları bu kurallara uymak zorundadır. Bu kuralların en önemlilerinden birisi gizlilik kuralıdır ve tüm ICF , IAC sertifikalı yaşam koçları bu kurala yüzde yüz uymak zorundadır.

*Eşimle problemlerim var neler önerirsiniz? 

Bu soruya cevap verebilmek için öncelikle konunun ne olduğu ve neden kaynaklandığı ile ilgili bir tespit yapılması gerekir. Bu tespit ise ancak seans yoluyla ortaya çıkartılabilir. Her ilişkiye yada kişiye dair genel kurallar olmadığı içinde öneride bulunmak pek doğru değildir.

*Çocuklarla koçluk üzerine çalışıyor musunuz? 

Evet 13-14 yaş üstü çocuklar ile çalışabiliyoruz.

*Çocuğumun okulla ilgili ve dikkat dağınıklığıyla ilgili sorunları var bunları nasıl çözebilirim? 

Her ne kadar yaşanılan sorunlar ortak yada benzer gibi gözükse de bu sorunların çocuklarda ortaya çıkış sebepleri farklılık gösterebilir. Yaşı kaç olursa olsun insanlar birbirinin eşi olmadıkları için aynı soruna aynı çözümün önerilmesi doğru değildir. Koçluk seansında çocuğunuzun kendi bulduğu en uygun çözümün yaratılması en doğru yoldur.

*Eşlerle ilgili problemler kaç seansda çözülür? 

Eşlerin yaşadıkları sorunun ne olduğu bilinmeden bu soruya doğru cevap vermek çok zordur ancak süreci kısaltacak bazı durumlar vardır. Öncelikle her iki tarafında çözüm için istekli olması süreci belirgin bir şekilde kısaltır. Bu seanslarda eşler tek ve çift halinde seanslara alınır ve sorunun-çözümün ortak şekilde anlaşılmasına-bulunmasına çalışılır.

*Çocuğum okul sorunu için kaç seans gelmeli? 

"Okul sorunu" çok geniş ve detaylandırılması gereken bir kavramdır. Sorunun ne olduğunu sizden ve çocuğunuzdan duymadan cevaplamak doğru bir yaklaşım olmayacaktır.

*Seanslar ne kadar sürüyor? 

Her bir seans ortalama 45 dakika sürmektedir.

*Ücretleriniz nedir? 

Ortalama 45 dakikalık koçluk seans ücretimiz 250 TL dir. Ortalama 1 saatlik Aile Dizimi seans ücretimiz 300 TL dir.

*Ödemeyi nasıl yapabilirim? 

Ödemeyi sadece nakit olarak kabul ediyoruz

* What is life coaching ? 

Life coaching is a process that goes with the client . In the sessions coach provoke the client and wait for him to use his full potential for finding a way to solve the problem. (or just a way)

*Who needs life coaching? 

If you have a problem that you couldnt solve , if yo need to decide but couldnt choose any the options than you might ask the help of Life Coach. The problems might be related with wife/husband, life, family, work, children etc.

*How coaching works? 

Coaching period goes with sessions. If the client is comfortable sessions might be done in everywhere but the silence places and the office of the coach are generally prefered.

*I have read lots of books about personal evolution , why do i need you? 

We can say that some books has lots of benefits. people can read these and solve some of their problems but sometimes the way that goes for solving the problems is something that we dont want to see. In these situations coach helps the client to see . Thats generally hard to do it by himself.

*How can you solve the problem that i couldnt solve?
The one that will solve the problem is not the coach but the clients himself-herself. Coach is just goes with client in the same road to find the way.

*How can i trust you? 

There are two big organizations in the world about coaching. One is ICF ( International Coachin Federation ) and the other is IAC ( International Association of Coaching ) Both these two has Code of Ethics and the coach that takes the licence from these , has to comply these rules. One of the most important of these rules is Privacy and the licenced coaches are has to obey these rules.

*I have a problem with my wife/husband what your suggestion? 

For answering these question we have to determine the subject and the source of the problem . These determination is just possible with a sessions.

Do you do coaching with children? 

Yes we can do coaching sessions with children at/after 13 years old.

*My son has a problem with his school, how can we solve it? 

 Some problems seems as if they were same but the start point of the problems are generally different. The solution that the children find in the session is will be unique and the best solution.

*How many sessions needed for the problems between the couples?

 Its hard to answer this question without knowing the problem but something can make the process shorter. Both parts has to be keen about finding a solution. Sessions happened sometimes with both parts and sometimes individually.

*How many sessions needed for the school problems of a children?

 "School problem " is generally a wide area and has to be detailly search. Without knowing the problem from your side and your children's side, its hard to give a certain time.

*How long are the sessions? 

Each session is approximately 45 min.

*What is your session price? 

Approximate 45 min coaching sessions is 250 TL. Approximate 1 hour Family Constellation session is 300 TL .

*How can i pay you? 

We just accept cash
